I'm shipping from China for the first time. Where do I start?

Tell us what you're shipping, where it's going and when you need it. We'll come back with the mode, the budget range and the documents to gather. No commitment until you're ready.

Can you handle small shipments?

Yes. LCL ocean from ~1 CBM, air freight from ~45 kg, FBA pallets from a single pallet. You don't need a full container to ship with us.

What if my supplier is the one shipping?

Common. We work directly with your Chinese supplier — pickup, paperwork, export clearance — and bill you on this side. Many of our clients have never visited China.

Do I need a customs broker, or do you provide one?

We provide customs brokerage on both ends. US-side is in-house on DDP terms, available as an add-on on FOB/CIF. China-side export clearance is always included.

How does pricing work?

We quote all-in: freight + customs + drayage + insurance options, each broken out. No surprise add-ons mid-shipment. If unforeseen carrier fees do happen (demurrage, detention), they're billed at cost with documentation.

What if my cargo is delayed?

You'll hear from your account manager first — usually before the carrier sends the notification. We surface options (re-route, switch mode, hold at port) instead of just delivering bad news.
