Yes. LCL ocean from ~1 CBM, air freight from ~45 kg, FBA pallets from a single pallet. You don't need a full container to ship with us.
Common. We work directly with your Chinese supplier — pickup, paperwork, export clearance — and bill you on this side. Many of our clients have never visited China.
We provide customs brokerage on both ends. US-side is in-house on DDP terms, available as an add-on on FOB/CIF. China-side export clearance is always included.
We quote all-in: freight + customs + drayage + insurance options, each broken out. No surprise add-ons mid-shipment. If unforeseen carrier fees do happen (demurrage, detention), they're billed at cost with documentation.
