How it works

Three sources of truth, one timeline.

We don't ask you to log into three carrier portals. We do that for you and serve a single timeline back.

1. Carrier API

We pull port loading, sailing, transhipment and arrival events directly from the line's API — Maersk, COSCO, MSC, ONE, OOCL and more.

2. Customs feed

US CBP entry status, examination holds, release timestamps — surfaced as soon as ACE reports them.

3. Drayage & last mile

Container availability, chassis pickup, gate-out, FBA appointment and POD — synced from our trucking partners' TMS.

Carrier Coverage

One timeline. Every carrier we book.

Live data direct from each line's API — no scraping, no delays.

Proactive Alerts

We tell you before the carrier does.

Carriers update you when something has already happened. We watch for early signals and flag them — usually a day or two before they show up in standard tracking.

  • Port congestion — when wait times spike on your destination port
  • Vessel schedule shifts — earlier or later than the original ETA
  • Customs hold flags — exam types that typically take 3–7 days
  • Demurrage countdown — free-time clock starts ticking
  • Drayage capacity warnings — chassis shortages on your lane
  • FBA appointment risk — slot availability tightening

Tracking FAQ

Questions we hear daily.

I have a BOL but tracking shows no data yet.

Carrier APIs publish events 12–48 hours after they happen. If your BOL was issued today, expect first events within 1–2 days. Reach out to your account manager if you need confirmation sooner.

The carrier portal shows different info than your tracker.

We combine multiple sources (carrier API + port operator + customs). Carrier portals often lag for non-vessel events. If you see a discrepancy, ours is usually more current.

Can I share tracking with my customer?

Yes — we can issue a customer-facing tracking link (without internal cost/operator notes) that you can forward.

What if my container is held by customs?

You'll get a proactive notification with the exam type, expected duration and any documents the broker needs. We coordinate directly with CBP.

Do I get notifications via WhatsApp / email?

Both. Pick your channel — milestone events go out automatically, exception events go out as a personal message from your operator.
