We commonly quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. DDP is popular for FBA shipments because we land the cargo at the warehouse with duties paid. For your first shipment we usually recommend FOB so you keep visibility on the line-haul leg.
Within 24 hours on business days, often within 2–4 hours. We need origin, destination, cargo dimensions, weight, value and target ship date. If you don't have all of it yet, send what you have and we'll fill in the gaps.
Yes — China-side export clearance is included in every shipment. US-side import clearance is included on DDP and available as an add-on on other terms. We'll prep ISF, commercial invoice, packing list, BOL and CO (where applicable).
Yes — for air and ocean. We need MSDS and battery test reports. Express air carriers limit lithium battery shipments; we'll match you to the right service level so the cargo actually flies.
We handle FBA appointment booking, labeling, palletization and last-mile drop. We support all major US FBA codes (ONT, LGB, FTW, MDW, EWR, GYR, etc.).
Yes — typically 110% of commercial invoice value, all-risk basis. Premium quoted alongside the freight quote. Strongly recommended on high-value goods.
