Quote FAQ

Before you hit send.

Do I need to share my supplier's name?

Helpful but not required for the initial quote. We'll ask for it at booking time so we can coordinate the pickup directly with the factory.

What if I don't know the HS code?

We can look it up from a product description or sample image. HS codes drive duty rates, so getting them right matters — we double-check at customs clearance.

How long is a quote valid?

7 days on ocean (rates move with capacity), 3 days on air. If you book within the window, the rate holds.

Can I see multiple options?

Yes. We typically send a "best price" option and a "best speed" option side-by-side, so you can pick the trade-off.

Is there a minimum shipment size?

No minimum on quote requests. For booking, ocean LCL starts at ~1 CBM and air freight starts at ~45 kg.

What incoterms should I quote on?

If you're new to importing, ask for DDP — we land the cargo with duty paid. If you have a US broker, FOB or CIF works.
